Company Overview
Milgray Technologies - Zimbabwe is the Corporate Headquarters for the regional branch network in Southern Africa.
Milgray Technologies is a leading wholly owned Information and Communication Technology (ICT) company incorporated/registered in Zimbabwe registration No 17387/2005. Milgray Enterprises P/L is the parent company for Milgray Technologies Pvt Ltd established and commissioned in November 2005 with the principal objective of offering innovative ICT solutions by integrating products, applications and services to enable businesses to unlock their economic value.
Milestones
- As one of Africa’s emerging indigenous Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Company, Milgray Technologies has seen remarkable growth particularly in the first two years of its operations in 2005 and 2006 when it surpassed 340% growth. Milgray set up two branches in Harare with a staff complement of 10 employees.
- In 2008, the company went through serious national hyperinflationary and economic challenges and closed its operations, agreeing amicably with its staff members to part ways. The dream of reviving the company did not die.
- In 2010, Milgray resumed business operations focusing on ICT equipment supplies and repairs. Patience and hard work saw a steady rise of capital growth which was complemented with external ICT consultancy projects carried outside Zimbabwe which contributed largely to the revival of the company.
- Milgray has since graduated from being a computer hardware sales company to today forging its skills base to becoming one of the leading Systems Integration companies, providing hardware and infrastructure solutions, networking solutions (VSAT, wired and wireless) and software applications and website development.
- Milgray has slowly turned and continues to turn to becoming a total ICT solution provider with much of its focus on educational institutions.
- On a broader scale Milgray has strategically positioned itself to service corporate businesses, Government and other private enterprises gearing to taking them to their next level of services and products needs.
- Sufficiently skilled and trained professionals have helped to seal potential business deals which will help with our regional expansion plans in Southern, East and Central Africa in 2016/2017.
